 1.  Welcome and Pledge
        Joyce Owens welcomed the approximately 20 attendees to the last meeting of 2014.  The Pledge         was recited.

2.  Treasurer’s Report
        Tim Underwood distributed the quarterly financial statement.

3.  Committee Reports
       Beautification Committee Report (George Mara)
          Christmas decorations were hung by Mary Dorsey.
          Fences were cleaned. 
          George received calls regarding cleanup for better visibility at the end of Hickory Drive. 
          Question asked about the upkeep of the sign at Hwy 17 and Longleaf and the need for funds to           replace this in the future.  For now the sign will be painted to preserve.
      Welcome Committee (Mary Dorsey)
          14 visits had been completed, with 6 yet to be done.
          James Monaco advised that some new residents living close to him had not been contacted and           volunteered to welcome on the committee’s behalf.

4.  Invitation to Country Club Clean-up
       Quarterly cleanup is scheduled for 10:00 Saturday, December 13.  Bags and gloves will be        provided. Park and meet at entrance to Belvedere Golf Course. Cleanup is from Weathersbee to        Mallard Bay on Country Club.

5.  Announced Slate of Officers for 2015
       Joyce Owens read names of slated officers, with reminder that volunteers are still needed.
       James Monaco declined to serve on the roads committee.

6.  New Business
       No new business

7.  Celebration of Service
       Mary Dorsey has resigned her position and was recognized and thanked for her 12 years of service        to the BHOA. 
       Tim Underwood, also retiring this year,  was recognized and thanked for over 5 years of service.

8.  A motion was made to adjourn, was seconded, and passed.

9.  Holiday Festivities
        Meeting was followed by an informal celebration for the Holidays.
